Caraga State University-Cabadbaran City (CSUCC) is privileged to be graced by the newly elected University President, Dr. Rolyn C. Daguil, during the flag Raising Ceremony at the CSUCC Athenaeum last November 21, 2022.
Also present during the flag ceremony were Hon. Ronnie Azura, CSU BOR member representing the Office of Senator Francis Chiz Escudero and the CSU Members of the Executive Committee both from CSU Butuan City and Cabadbaran City campuses. After the ceremony, an executive meeting was held – the first under the new presidency.
In his speech, Dr. Daguil stressed his LIKHA Development Agenda. He also added that “I do not promise calm water in this journey but I guarantee movement towards our direction, our visions, and joy in paddling”.
