Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

  • Assist the Division Chief for Administration and Finance on the incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Coordinate closely with the Administration and Finance personnel including unit heads within the division
  • Prepare draft letters, communications, memorandums, and emails
  • Maintain, manage, track, and organize print and electronic/digital files, documents, records
  • Prepare visual and financial presentations and reports (excel, power point, etc.)
  • Coordinate offices and units within the pillars, and other pillars of the campus and the university
  • Draft and process travel reports, itinerary, reimbursements, cash advances, purchase requests, activity designs, and other related documents
  • Monitor activities based on Academic Calendar, and other activities set concerning the administration and finance, including other government agencies’ schedules and deadlines of reportorial submissions 
  • Perform other functions as determined and assigned by the Chief of Administration and Finance
