    Description of Functions of the Position:

    • Processes Budget Utilization Requests and Status/Obligation Request Status
    • Updates Statement of Allotment, Obligation and Balances (SAOB) all funds (RAF, IGF, BRF and Trust Receipts)
    • Prepares Financial Accountability Report of 3 funds (IGF, BRF and Trust Receipts)
    • Updates the ledger of Cost Centers transactions to its books
    • Prepares Registry of Budget, Utilization and Disbursement (RBUD) of 3 funds (IGF, BRF and Trust Receipts)

  • Prepares Disbursement Vouchers with journal entry for daily transactions
    • Purchase of all materials, equipment, and contractors billing
    • Cash Advances for Travel, Advances for payroll, and other advances to be made by the officers and employees with duly filed fidelity bond
    • Mandatory remittances
    • Replenishment in between funds
    • Taxes and such other transactions valid for payment
    • Files accounting documents, records and reports;
  • Coordinates and follows up lacking documents from different Cost Centers/Offices

  • Updates employees leave credits/balances
  • Responsible for clerical tasks involving keeping of documents, files, records that may or may not be confidential
  • Prepares employee certificates, updates service records, rectifies DTRs as approved and permission slips for input to BAT manager
