Job Summary:
- Assist the Structural/Site Engineer in the implementation of infrastructure projects
- Prepare the following documents:
- Conduct market research
- Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), Individual Program of Works (IPOW), Breakdown of Estimates and Detailed Unit Price (DUPA)
- Purchase Requests
- Technical Specifications
- Pictures for attachments
- Reports
- Update ISO Forms (Physical Plant)
- Preventive maintenance of the building
- Follow up signing of contractors (Forms F-Gen-011 to F-Gen-015)
- Perform other task assigned by his/her immediate head
